    Mind Boggling

Lorenzo Love aka Ren is a thirty-something detective with the Dallas PD and has been for at least twenty years. He is part of an elite team of officers who serve and protect with unorthodox methods that bring criminals to justice. Ren has a lot on his plate: work, family life with a gorgeous wife and son, ongoing visits with his lover. What more could he ask for? He definitely is having his cake and eating it too.

Suddenly, everything seems to spiral out of control and Ren is caught in the middle. A string of murders are being committed and guess who the police department has their eyes on as being the culprit? Ren and his crew are under the microscope about their tactics, and the affair with the mistress is unraveling. His life is falling to pieces and he is not going down without a fight. Will Ren be able to ease his way out of this sticky situation?

"The Hand of Love" was off the chain! Mr. Scott gives us mystery, murder and mayhem as well as a "Who-Dun-It" all rolled into one. This book is a must read, and I've been telling all my friends about it. The writing was great, the characters were exceptionally good and the twist at the end was unbelievable. There are some editing issues, but it didn't take away from the story. "The Hands of Love" is phenomenal and I will be reading more of his work.
