This book had some fun saying and points to it, but I felt it was almost cheesy in the lines and predictable in the conversations.

Am I the only one who felt this way about Boomsday?

It may have come off vicious but it is EXACTLY how I felt about the book! At least I'm not the only one.

    Dialogue/jokes - forced
Plot - Did he run out of time or money at the end? I'm not going to spoil the content, but the entire plot collapses in the last 5 pages to make ends meet.
Characters - meh, I remain uncommitted
Style - felt tired out and overworked, lacked real spark

This work is mediocre at best. I expected a witty book of quality and read one that felt like the sausage from "the Jungle": rapidly produced with a lot of unpleasant filler. Sorry Mr. Buckley, this feels like a rough draft rushed to press.
(This came off sounding more vicious than I intended, but there it is.)
