I believe in reading/studying the success of thoses as it will help guide you along the way.
Most of his books-including this one-Donald talks about failures & success in his business & personal life.
It really can help those who might be thinking of venturing out into the business world.”
“Power. That's the only word I like to describe Donald Trump in. True I don't agree with all his strategies, but he taught the importance of having a strong set of mine, a tough personality, and going with my rules and not following others. I also loved how he teaches you the importance of putting your foot down when others plan to use you! I recommend definetly. ”

I have read other books of his, but this place doesn't seem to distinguish well between the different books of his. I guess cause they all start with "Trump:" But "How to Get Rich" is also a fun read.”

If you like real estate, or Trump, this is a good background of how he got started in the business.”

Trump learned the real estate business from his father, who worked in downscale housing and had to be accompanied by a large enforcer when collecting rent. Trump decided to go upscale, build quality, and sell the heck out of it.
The self-aggrandizing persona seems like a marketing ploy - Trump is smart enough to know that if you build a strong brand, people will overpay for your product. He might also have a big ego, but mostly he's trying to protect his reputation because that's how he makes money.
One of the best points is where he says never do a deal with somebody when you wouldn't do the same deal without a contract. In real life, every deal is a handshake. People either do what they're supposed to and pay what they owe, or they have lawyers try to get them out of it. You want to do business with people who will treat you right regardless of the contract.”
