“Kinsey goes on the trail of a 20 year old kidnapping on a rather tenuous lead given by a "witness" who was 6 years old at the time. As usual she gets to the bottom of things and we are along for the ride. It was great to spend time with Kinsey, Henry and the rest of the characters. I hope we don't have to wait for "V is for ?" for too long.”

“It's been a while since I've read the"T" book, but it was easy to catch up with Kinsey and her neighborhood of friends. This book was set up a bit differently than I remember other Grafton books, augmenting between Kinsey's present and a past era when the crime Kinsey is investigating was committed. The flashbacks to the sixties involve the requisite hippies in a bus, drugs, and irresponsible behavior. The crime is the murder of a young girl who had been held for ransom. A young man believes he has a memory of two men burying something that he believes was the body of the girl. When police go to the scene, they discover the body of a dog and Kinsey believes that is the end of the matter...but it's only the beginning to unraveling a mystery from the past to find a missing girl and her kidnappers who have been undiscovered for so long.”
