He's a decent prose stylist, but you keep waiting for him to make a point or say something interesting, but then... Nothing. “Klosterman depicts American Pop culture using a wildly entertaining writing style in this collection of essays. The essays are incredibly humorous, yet slightly twisted. Unless you can't stomach crude language, I'd definitely recommend this book as a guide to all things Americana. ”
