The book I just read was called The Kennedy Legacy. I must say that it was an excellent book. It is about three brothers who all pass on a tradition of standing up for you and your country. The brothers are Jack also known as John, Bobby, and Ted. The story shows how one person can follow in another persons foot steps.
It is the enjoyable, sad, and exciting adventure of three brothers and their journey into the world. There are three parts to this story. Part One is called Jack, Bobby, and Ted. Part Two is called Bobby and Ted. And Part Three is called Ted. When I was reading the book I noticed that every chapter was like a different book.
So this book is really like seventeen books rolled into 254 pages! How great is that! The book parts are after each Kennedy unfortunately passes away. Ted was the only brother to be given the gift of years. All of the Kennedy’s pass on the job. John was president. Then while John was president Bobby was Attorney General. And Ted was Senator to Massachusetts.
And that is my review of The Kennedy Legacy!

The Kennedy Legacy Jack Bobby and Ted and a Family Dream Fulfilled Vincent Bzdek

    5 stars

It started with 4 brothers, the eldest Joe Jr the hope of his father to become the first Catholic President. Joe Jr died during WWII and the torch was passed to John, who did become President but when he was assinated, it went to Bobby, who was assinated while campaigning. Teddy, the youngest of 9, the 4th son who was not pushed as hard as his siblings, became father figure to his neices and nephews and carried the torch of the family, including a long run in congress.

An interesting spin on an oft-told tale. Nothing new information, but the perspective -- how each brother was influenced by the one who went bfore -- was insightful.
