Dated but still pulls you in. I had never seen the movie or read the book before had only heard about it.

Whatever can go wrong at a hotel, it can only be more so at an airport, and even more management skill goes into managing one, what with aeroplanes and airlines and employees and passengers.

The best book by Arthur Hailey. None of the other books by him have the rivetting, nail-biting intensity which is obvious in every page of this book!
