“While this book is almost more a collection of short stories than a memoir I still enjoyed it. Since Freeville is close to my hometown I thought I would be able to relate to Dickinson's story but very little of the book actually takes place there. Dickinson does tell her story well though and the book is a good summer read.”

“Just a ok book. Has some humor and tells the story with plain and simple but awful truth of going through a divorce.

“A lovely light read by the woman who took Ann Lander's place. The book reads like novels where the strong, gutsy women overcome the vagaries of life, yet remain grounded, their senses of humor intact. Amy comes off as someone you'd love to sit down and have a cup of coffee with.”
