“Yes, Catcher in the Rye is a great book, a classic story of teenage angst with a lot of originality. Franny and Zoey deserves equal priaise. BUT this collection of stories is just wonderfully written. I think it's Salinger at his best. Teddy, the last story in the book, is my absolute favorite and it touches upon all my favorite subjects...philosophy, religion, psychology, the nature of existence (one could say the meaning of life itself). Highly recommended!”
