It was in this book that I started figuring out that it is very possible that any VC Andrews series will involve some form of incestuous relationship. The way Tony Tatterton looks at Heaven is creepy enough--and then there's Gillian who adds to the growing list of freakish, creepy grandmothers who can't care less about their granddaughters. At least she wasn't a creepy Bible-quotes and "demon spawn!" shouting hag.
