“I loved this book, it made me bust a gut just about every page, or at least snicker madly. The first of Moore's books that I've read, and he has me hooked. However, I was struck by it's human depth, and the moments of pathos, sorrow, and compassion that balanced the humor, and enriched the story. I especially loved the exchanges between Raziel and Biff when they were in the hotel room together. Biff makes a wonderful, and suprisingly, sympathetic, likeable, narrator that clearly speaks with great affection of his best pal the Messiah. I highly recommend it to anyone, Christian or not. This made me a fan of Moore's, and I've been on a mission to track down all his other titles. He's a very talented writer, and I can honestly say Lamb is one of the best books I've ever read.”
