  “Mumford is a difficult character to follow. Thomas P. Hughes often cites Mumford as an influence, and there are striking parallels to their style of writing; however, I don't think I was ready for this book when I first read it, but there is something about it that is currently calling me back for a re-examination - a very necessary re-examination. ”
