This book is the story of the man himself. It gives you an idea of how King became the writer that he is. The sheer passion of King to write will get you rolling.

For a budding author, this book is the Einstein's equation. If one thinks it is hard to find time for writing, then this book would bring in some hope because Stephen King has been there, done that.

The most amazing aspect of the books is the revelation of ideas which were the genesis of many famous books like Cujo, Misery, Desperation and so on. I have never seen an author who is so openly ready to share his secret of writing to such a depth. And horror runs in his blood.

Truly a King of a writer. Lisa Rogak ensures you have money spent well.

Haunted Heart the life and times of Stephen King tells all about King's life and events. It tells where he grew up and where he was born. It shows that Lisa Rogak had done her work well.

The book is all about Stephen King's life. From where he was born and raised to where he lives today. Reading this book will give you plenty of information on him.

My Favorite part of the book is when it tells how many fans have sent him gifts. Also get well presents because he had broken a bone in his arm at one time and news spread about it.

I recommend this book to people who are fans of Stephen King's novels. They will enjoy reading about him .

This book is great for getting imformation on Stephen King.

If you're a big fan of King, then a lot of the material in this book will be known. Still, it's a good overall biography of the author, delving into things like his addictions and some lesser known details about his writing and family. I know King gave us a semi-autobiography in his book "On Writing", but I would love to see a detailed autobiography to let us truly get into the mind of the man who has given us so many haunting and beloved stories.

This is the best book that I've read on the life of Steven King. I really enjoyed it. It tells you a lot of stuff about his life and how he gets his ideas for his books. If you want a great story about King's life then this is the one you want to read.
