A great book, but requires that you have the time to sit down and read it cover to cover and to reread any parts that don't make sense right away. The concept of eating a PH tailored diet is extremely interesting and with the studies and testimonies they have to prove this, a few changes in diet can't hurt. I enjoyed reading this to see what all the hype was about and was pleasantly pleased to find that information was good and the changes are easy to adapt to. A good book. I'd recommend it.
