The Himalayan gurus along... (read more)

This book has some good tips on meditation and healthy living but its presentation is very amateur...Its alright for a quick read.

Good book. The obvious things everyone knows - but it sums it all up and makes you want to try to lead your life like this, again. But writing style was not very interesting - was like attending a lecture. The best part was the title which intrigued me enough to read it.

I thought this book was informative and directly called for what I needed at the time. This is the type of book requiring study and implementation with positive side effects. If you want an angle to examine your current life and its direction I would HIGHLY recommend it. A very easy read that still has the ability to create thought. Thanks for the recommendation Pratz!

An inspiring book that launches you into introspection and initiates the process of self improvement. We definitely need it by our side in today's world.
