There's not a lot to these, but they're lightweight enough that I can finish a book in two pre-bed readings.   “This books was so much fun!
  
  SPOILERS:
  I liked the suspense of Sookie facing the vamps and the religeous cult in Dallas. The shapeshifter that helped her escape was a riot. The heat between Sookie and Eric is getting more intense, even though I find I am sorta attached to Bill. The only thing I didn't like about this story was the maenad.”

  “It was a good follow-up to the first book. Although it differs vastly from the series, I actually don't mind the differences because each can stand on their own and are very good. I plan to read more. =]”
