- Abbey: Abbey, a perfumer, who spends much of her free time wandering the Sleepy Hollow Cemetery, loses her best friend and adjusts to a new life with the help of a mysterious boy.
- Caspian: Caspian is harboring a secret, but his intentions are true. Helping Abbey deal with the loss of her best friend, he helps her to find the aswers she seeks. Even if she doesn't like what she discovers.
- Nikolas: A friendly old man who cares for the Sleepy Hollow Cemetery. When he befriends Abbey, he becomes a grandfather like figure for her and like almost everyone in the famous town, he too holds a secret.
