“It was a shocking story with a twisted ending, i thought it was a great suspense story.”

Should he tell someone that this person is going to kill someone? What about the fact that he doesn't know who the man is? Should he hunt the man down himself? Duncan finds himself in an scary situation...in more ways than one. ”

Teen is haunted by failure to save a drowning girl the previous summer. When he finds a potential serial killer's journal while working at the subway lost & found, he sees a chance at redemption -- must catch the dude before the next girl dies. The best part of this book for me was not so much the serial killer/redemption plot, but the natural and funny repartee between Duncan and his two best friends.”

It starts off a slow read and quickly accelerates to a thrilling, bone chilling tale. When Duncan finds a diary in the subway’s lost and found, where he works, he discovers there is someone out there fascinated with torture, setting fires, and hunting human beings. Although Duncan is disgusted with the details of animal torture, he is even more disturbed at the fact that the diary details arrival and departure times, places of residents, physical features, etc. etc. of three women! He decides that he has to do something to prevent this sick-o from filling out his desires. He turns the diary into the police, but they ignore it, so he is convinced he must stop him himself. This is where I couldn’t put the book down, but got so scared I had to stop reading in order to remind myself to breathe! Read it to find out exactly what I'm talking about.... it’s definitely worth a good scare! ”

A teenage boy finds the diary of a serial killer and is faced with the dilema of what to do- should he turn it into the police or stop the killer, himself? After attempting and failing to recruit the help of law enfourcement, he decides that he has to stop the killer before he kills again. You'll have to read it to find out whether or not he is successful- definitely a read that will keep you at the edge of your seat wondering until the very last page! ”

I love how Vinny learns all these stuff from movies, books, magnize, and the tv show, 60 Minutes. Its hilarious how someway it seems to work for quite abit. My least favorite part in this book is somehow Duncan and Vinny work so hard but somehow they were wrong about it, plus i dislike when Duncan reads the diary because the info it gives is a it weird. How this book changed the way I see is that sometimes you have to take action when people around you don't believe it til you don't believe it like how Duncan went to the police station and they didn't believe him. ”

It's pretty interseting because Duncan is the kind of person that is willing to take the risk to find out who is going to kill these three girls but at the same time it might not be true.
My least favorite part in the story is about the weird dreams he has about the girl that he tried to save. It gets confusing because he makes it sounds like it's real but i'm not sure if he really experianced that or it's all just a dream. He is always having that dream and it's really starting to get to him.
The book changed the way I saw how life really is and how some people you don't even know can be stalking you. It made me more aware of the people around me and who not to trust and who to trust. I really think this book got me thinking a lot about that becuase some girls don't even know that they are being stalked till the day that they get killed by the killer. ”
