“This is widely respected. However, as an adopting parent, with a drug exposed child, I did not find a lot of this helpful. I'm posting it because it still is a great resource. We prefered two other books. "Happiest Baby on the Block" and "Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child" were great resources for our family. The swaddling techniques and sleeping approaches (respectively) were very comforting for our child.”
