“Vintage Eric Carle, this book is recommended. It also blinks at the end, when the batteries are working.”

“I could see myself using this book if maybe we were doing a lesson on insects. I liked this book, it was cute, but I especially loved the last page with the flichering lights (the other fireflys)!”

“The pictures where great - obviously it's Eric Carle, and the story was sweet. My problem was the book I found in the library was broken, so the little fireflies didn't light up at the end of the book, which is the best part!”

“Eric Carle has always been a favorite children's author of mine. I read all these 'Carle' books to my children and we enjoyed them for many years.”

“Robert E. got this for me for my birth gift. I love the last page when the firefly finds all his friends and the whole book lights up. That's the best part. ('06)”
