I find the ideas presented very appealing, and appreciate the real examples that are used to demonstrate them in-action. I particularly like the identification of respect for people and their proactive contributions as key underlying themes. These seem to have some synergy with the notion of ...

I particularly like the identification of respect for people and their proactive contributions as key underlying themes. These seem to have some synergy with the notion of "Spirit of Informationalism" introduced by Pekka Himanen.

    Read this book! Simple like that. Besides if you are an agile adopter or not, Mary and Tom gives great insights about lean software development and the history behind lean concept. Is amazing how the book have wonderful knowledge at each page, each paragraph. Read this book! Simple like that.
