“I gave this book and the series to my local library to clear my shelves for other things I like. Although I like Cornwell and the Scarpetta Novels, it gets old after a while and I wouldn't read them more than once.”

“This is my first Cornwell book I read and got hooks on the life of Scarpetta. Enought that I read the first book to the end on the series. This is the criminal style I like”

“Dr. Kay Scarpetta is after Temple Gault once more. He’s on a killing spree, like a cat bringing it’s kill to its owner, he seems to be presenting Kay with his treasures. Horrified, she works with Benton Wesley and the rest of the usual crew plus the help of the New York Transit Police, to track him down. The climax occurs in the underground subway in New York. Kay’s niece also helps to track him with her CAIN computer brain.”
