• Emmaline Grant: The lead character. She is the florist who runs Centerpiece at Vows, one of the four components of Vows, a wedding planning company, she has a very happy personality.
• Jack Cooke: Love interest of Emma. Architect, handsome. Friend of the family and a close friend of Del Brown, Parker's brother. They were roommates at Yale. Has issues with commitment.
• Parker Brown: Organizer for Vows, a wedding planning company, has a tough, business-like personality. Director of Operations.
