One of the funniest books we've read! Loved the little boy as well as all the wacky people who lived in this book. The whole idea of putting on the show, Sound of Music and what everyone went through to get to performing was really interesting. Then, there's the question of the media and their role. All in all, very good.

This family in this novel is quite strange, but they will definitely have you laughing even if the whole situation seems a little unrealistic.
