Cast is an English teacher who has done what I have wanted to do— she began her publishing career with this quirky trade paperback, now out of print but available via used booksellers, and managed to get her later works accepted by the big publishers. Check out all of her titles, but I rather like this one, which doesn't have the polish of her later works, but it really is a lot of fun.”
