I have not read this book, but I did read the review at Amazon, and I just wanted to reflect on the title, "When things fall apart" I was thinking , in short, "If you feel like you're getting chopped up, jump off the cutting board!" I liked the idea of groundless, and actually in dream speak, The symbolism of dreams, floating up or elevating means that you are removing yourself from the situation. I love dream imagry, but I was thinking that lots of times when things are falling apart, it's because... somebody's in your house with a crowbar! Best thing to do is redefine where it is safe. Usually, the house is your safe space, but the street is looking pretty good when there is an intruder. The intruder can be as random as a bad person, a bad idea, or a bad social policy. I don't love the word bad, mis matched or innappropriate, non, negative, whatever, just not SPOT-ON. I am wondering is this author the nun that is vagetarian and has a big following in Formentera Phillipines? Jennifer
