I did like the information. Mrs. Brooks 'real people' are flawed, interesting and very representative of modern women. Which is to say that many of the 'western' ways of thinking don't match up with the "Islamic" way of thinking. The way in which she discussed the Prophet Mohammed and the Koran is ... well ... less than flattering. Seems many moons ago women held a higher, dominant and important role in Islamic culture. These ideas seem very at odds with the culture today. Overall an interesting view of Islamic women.
