This is the best start to finish overview of the Bush presidency and foreign policy failures that I've read. I'd recommend you skip "Plan of Attack" (and perhaps "Bush at War", which you should only read if you want in-depth detaiils on the war in Afghanistan), and go straight to this book.

I couldn't get into this. So much detail and so many minute facts. I prefered Dead Certain much better.
