This is a book dedicated to knowledge workers. If we are going to rise to Peter Drucker's challenge on how to increase the effectiveness of knowledge workers, it's going to take more thinkers like Davenport. Though I don't agree with everything in this work, it is still an important contribution to an embryonic field.
