This book is about Sammy Keyes and her friends, Marissa and Dot, trying to figure out who tied the Bush Man (Chauncy). When they were out trick-or-treating they decided to pull a prank on the Bush Man. When they opened the door they saw something very scary. They saw the Bush Man tied on a chair and he was surrounded by fire. Marissa and Dot ran away but Sammy stood there and tried to help the Bush Man. When he had the chance to talk he told Sammy that a person in a skeleton suit attacked...
