Whew! You get into the world of Diane, a librarian who also writes for the MAB, a literary review board, under the pen name "Nisi". Then you get into the world of Jack, a widowed husband...and father, who also happens to be a writer/teacher. I kept reading, wondering where they were going to meet up...and sure enough, it took a while. But getting into their voices and their world sure made up for it! Overall, I enjoyed this book from the beginning, to the middle (which was a long one!),...
