To get a good handle on the power of personas, check this book out. Mulder and Yaar provide an excellent overview of how to work with both Qualitative and Quantitative Personas. The examples are clear and the writing is light, lucid and fun to read. For those of you who have already been into the deep end with personas, this book will take you even further, prompting you to think about how much more you can do to provide the users and the stakeholders with the best possible outcomes.
