Some of the communication techniques introduced are quite interesting. The author has laid out each tip in a scenario that is very familiar in daily life, and hence easy to relate to such experience.

It is not a bad one but do not expect your life to change overnight because of this one. For, the tips pertain to either common gestures that you could forget easily or complex habitual changes that do not come easily. I also feel it would have been better off if she had focussed on a few important ideas adequately than stuff us with 92 little ones.
