I think the calories are too low for most people though. I lost 5 lbs in one week and put most of it back on when I was done with the diet. Water weight is not what you want to lose but I think that's what I did lose during the 2 weeks. Great info though. ”

She discusses hormone imbalances, which are a leading cause for weight gain in women. She discusses diabetes, PCOS, and other health factors that contribute to weight gain.”
