“I was so overwhelmed by what I wasn't allowed to eat that I couldn't even get to what I could eat! Plus I checked it out from the library and didn't have time enough to get that far before I had to return it. Definately interesting about metabolism and hormones, I'd be interested to see if anyone has tried this out and if it as worked, because I would LOVE to spend LESS time in the gym!”
“Anyone up for discussing how this has worked for them? I am in the middle of the book right now and a little overwhelmed. I am learning a load about my metabolism and bad foods...but what will I replace all the bad with? I would have and empty kitchen if I really trashed what Jillian has asked me to. Hopefully the book will get into that.”
