Elizabeth Chadwick. Another medieval story chronicling the times of the Albigensian Crusade. I found it difficult to suspend my disbelief reading this. It's one thing to accept mystical, magical powers in fiction such as Buffy, but to read about RL people possessing such powers stretched me to the limit and I didn't enjoy the book, though I'm fascinated by the story. If you're ok with the religious premises on which this is based, it's worth a look.
