Starts out very slow - I found that I didn't care enough about the missing girl. But once the story focuses more on the main character's romantic relationship, it gets much better. I like how the author focuses on a different member of the same family of her other novel "Playing James." It takes what is best from a series, but puts a twist on it - we don't have to see the main character from the first novel break up and make up.
