I so loved this book! It was fun and romantic and yes, charming too. No pun to the title. I loved the surfing scenes, and how the folks in the village got into the sport.
The story starts when surfer girl Josie Griffin is out enjoying some waves in sunny California and suddenly goes flying off the board when she hits something under the waves. She finds a chest containing some sort of necklace. And from the minutes Josie tries on this necklace, she's made a part of a legacy that goes...
