  • Austin Bridges III: The son of a rock star who comes to the same camp as Shelby. He trusts Shelby with his deep-dark secret and asks for her help.
  • Josh Tilton: A friend of Shelby's.
  • Priscilla Locke: Shelby's step-mother who decides to send her to a therapeutic summer-camp.
  • Mike Locke: Shelby's father, a scientist, who after Shelby's mother dies, doesn't take as much care as Shelby wants.
  • Jenna Grant: Shelby meets her at the camp.
  • Ariel: Ariel becomes Shelby's close friend at camp.
  • Mr. Winters: The head counselor of the camp that Shelby goes to.
  • Chyntia Crumb: Chief of Shelby's house at the camp. She is known to sing and horribly.
  • Charles: Son of a News writer who wants Austin's secrets. He often slurs up trouble for Shelby and Austin.
