Lizzie Brown was just your average (if not slighlty OCD) preschool teacher until her 30th birthday when she found out she was a demon slayer. Since then nothing has been the same. Her sweet hyperactive Jack Russel terrier is now talking to her (or as he says she can finally understand him), her long lost grandmother is a biker witch with a coven of crazy witches at her side and Dimitri who is her "protector" (and love interest) just happens to be a shape shifting griffin.

This time Lizzie and the gang are off to Las Vegas to save her uncle from the clutches of a succubus. Unfortunatly, Lizzie has to save more than just her uncle, she has to save all of Las Vegas from the she-demons as well as her griffin boyfriend. She's also decided to write a handbook for demon slayers while doing this. Will she be able to get this done and write her book at the same time? Let's hope so.

This was an excellent second installment of Ms. Fox's Demon Slayer series. I enjoyed every last minute of the book from Lizzie's testing for her license to kicking she-demon butt. The tension (sexual and otherwise) between Lizzie and Dimitri through out the book was everything I wanted to see and more. Lizzie's grandma and her biker witch coven are still as wild as ever and Pirate is still just as cute (and hyper) as well. This is a must read in my opinion. Be sure to read The Accidental Demon Slayer before this one though, so you know what's going on.
