As we all know, what comes up must come down. So it's quite obvious that as soon as everything starts going well for everyone in this series, something has to go wrong. Ed is distancing himself from Heather because of their deal, and Gaia is suddenly aware that Sam is keeping something from her; something that is so important it could ruin their whole relationship.

Things were good, and now everything is going wrong again. The series is still good... interesting. But I'm now wondering if and when anything is going to go right...

Seventeen-year-old Gaia Moore couldn't be more confused. For she has finally found something that she has been searching for for years: happiness. For once she's got a great boyfriend, Sam, who truly loves her. Her father, Tom, is back in the picture, and is creating a perfect life for the both of them, even renting an apartment, going on shopping sprees, and planning family dinners for Gaia and her friends. Ed, unbeknownst to Gaia or anyone else aside from Heather, is making progress in the walking department, but doesn't feel any pleasure from his accomplishment, because Heather is still trying to get him to hide his success. And, to top it all off, Loki is in prison, and can't hurt Gaia or the people she loves anymore. But things change, and while Gaia's grinning from ear to ear now, that grin will slowly turn into a frown. After all, that's the way life goes.

Francine Pascal has once again brought a wonderful new FEARLESS book into bookstores. TEARS is filled with happiness, and sadness, as well as adventure, and love. Hardcore FEARLESS fans will be ecstatic to finally see Gaia happy, just as she was in the last book MISSING, but most be prepared for the worst, as Gaia is always right, and things can change in a heartbeat. This is a must-have book for those who have enjoyed the fourteen previous FEARLESS novels.

I really liked this book. Fearless is a suspenseful series with vivid characters, great storyline, and a bit of romance. This author blends all my favorite genres into her plots just like my favorite authors, Sherry A. Mauro and Barathy Nadarajah.
Don't miss this book!

Gaia has returned from France, and now has a home with her father Tom. This is the first time she has ever been truly happy in over 5 years. I mean, she has Sam, she has her father, and she finally feels like she belongs somewhere. But how long will this happiness last?
Sam is just glad that he is no longer a suspect for the murder of his friend Mike. All of that is because of Josh, the new RA. But Josh doesn't seem to be who he is. It is almost like he is playing a role. Not to mention the fact that he is sending Sam on errands. If things can't get worse for our dear little Sam, he is getting anonymous phone calls from people telling him to stay away from Gaia, or he will be terminated. Doeas Josh have anything to do with these people? And, if not, who exactly IS Josh?
Ed is getting some feelings in his legs. He is ecstatic that his surgery worked, and that he will soon be able to walk again. But when he tells Heather the good news, she doesn't seem as happy. In fact, she tells him not to tell ANYONE so that he can get the money (like 23 million) from the case. Ed is desperate to tell Gaia, but he doesn't want to hurt Heather's feelings. What is he to do?

This book was really good. The ending was really sad, and i felt SOOOO bad for Gaia.

A heart-stopping new turn in the Fearless series.

Happiness is one thing Gaia wants when she arrives in New York with her father, and Loki imprisoned. For the first time in a long while, Gaia is happy -- she has Sam, she's friends with Ed, and she has her father. But the people she has always trusted in her life seem to be hiding things from her. Even though she has no fear of anything, she can still feel the pain. Sam is going through the worst moments in his life -- ever since the death of his roommate, Mike Suarez, Josh has been acting not only strange and hostile, but using him for his own selfish reasons. And there are people who Sam thinks may be orechestrating a horrible plan against him -- and he's falling apart. Meanwhile, Loki deviates a hideous plan to try to escape from prison -- a plan that he hopes can enable him to get his hands on Gaia. Will Gaia ever be normal again... no matter how hard she hopes? Fearless #15: Tears was both happy and sad, a heart-stopping addition to the Fearless series that I couldn't put down. I thought it was one of the best, because the characters have never stood out as strong as before than in this book in Francine Pascal's riveting series, which twists and turns into each action packed book following.
