Liked It “A book every pastor and student of the ministry should read. I have read it several times, always with benefit. “One of the very best books a prospective minister can read and imbibe into faith and practice. Do not let a different denomination slow you down and keep you from a table of wisdom where the sacred Bread of Life is freely broken. Spurgeon was one of the greatest preachers of all time, had an enormous library that he voraciously devoured, and was a leader of leaders. There are words and ideas in this book you will walk in and quote from during the duration of your ministry to others. Highly recommended.”
