“I liked this one much better that "Lock and Key." I don't know if it's because it reminded me more of "This Lullaby" or "The Truth About Forever" but it was another one of Dessen's I couldn't put down.”

Along for the Ride is honest, real, and so hard to put down. At times you forget that you're actually reading because what Dessen writes flows so easily and before you know it you've read 100+ pages.
I've only read two of Dessen's books (this and Just Listen), and both exceeded my expectations. Please please read this--you'll love it. I know it.”“As sad as it sounds, I really connected with Auden. She's alot like me, serious, somewhat nocturnal, serious in school and alot of the time to busy to be crazy. I really enjoyed the quest she went on, and how living life to its fullest was a constant theme.”

“I loved Auden! Maybe that's b/c she's just soooo innoccent but still! Eli and her are just perfect b/c she's just trying to find her childhood and live a "normal life", and he's trying to grow up while at the same time move on with life. ”
