“I couldn't put it down. I read a lot of the disappointed responses to this novel from readers and I have to say I wasn't disappointed. I actually was impressed that Clark found a way to keep this series fresh and interesting. She kept me turning the pages wondering what was going to happen next. I know folks were disappointed because Tasha and Trae had a lot of issues--most of which they brought on themselves by crazy actions on both parts--to overcome. But if they were just living happily-ever-after there wouldn't be a series. She had to shake it up. And shake it up she did! Man! I'm not going to give away spoilers... But if folks want happily-ever-after, they better pick up a romance novel. This is not romance; this is thug lovin'. ;-) I'll be reading the next book in the series for sure. I can't wait to see how Clark shakes things up next... ”
