This is the most amazing sequil for BLACK. It continues the story so well and unlike some other seiquils it still does not get ruined by the author acting like you don't know somethin from book one.Ted Dekker did such an amazing job I went right to White with no hezatation.

Pick up right where the first book left off. Really a page turner.

Red picks up immediately where Black left off. Again, a page turner, and an interesting portrayal of the Biblical doctrine of redemption. Where in Black, humanity falls, Red finds a people who reject and ultimately murder the one who eventually brings redemption. Solid, but not quite as good as black.

Once again, Dekker has made an incredible follow up to Black. This series will not disappoint. My son has the Comic set and it is good for younger kids.

One of my favorite Dekker series. I loved the allegory, not as hidden as most of his books, but very deep. The land and characters kept me enthralled. I couldn't wait to reach the end. Several plot points really brought out scriptural truths to me and stuck with me.
