Wonderful series. Ted did a excellent job finishing off the series with 'White'.
I found myself wanting to rush through so I could see how it ended.

The conclusion of the Circle Trilogy, White wraps up the adventures of dual-world traveler Thomas Hunter. I don't think it's unfair to identify this trilogy as fairly allegorical of the Biblical gospel accounts, and with that said, one criticism lies in that the character depicting Jesus is portrayed as one who contends with very human worries, concerns, and overall apprehension that his plan will be thwarted. The book itself is imaginative and engaging to the point that I could not enjoy anything else until I had finished, but again, if you're looking for a sci-fi/fantasy analogue to the Bible, White diverges from a faithful allegorical retelling of Jesus as an immutable redeemer. Read White, read the gospels, appreciate what Dekker has done in this creative trilogy; but, also realize that the suspense of the story comes at the cost of truly representing core scriptural teachings regarding the omnipotence of the Trinity.

Great ending to the story created by the previous two books. I love the creativity Dekker had in re-creating the salvation story in another time and place.

this is a great illustration of the love of God and our respond by dying to ourselves. This whole series illustrated the elements of God I've always known but in a different light I had never seen before.

One of my favorite Dekker series. I loved the allegory, not as hidden as most of his books, but very deep. The land and characters kept me enthralled. I couldn't wait to reach the end. Several plot points really brought out scriptural truths to me and stuck with me.
