I use this book as a teacher and as a writer myself. Goldberg's style is simple and direct: I reread this book every year (tmy excuse: I'm teaching it again!) and find something new. If you are looking for a good book on writing, on creativity, on being an artist--this is the primer.

I just started to read this book. It reminds me of The Artist's Way which I loved. I am a teacher and I can sense this book may be an awakening for me.

This book and the exercises in it really helped to break those initial writing blocks for me. It's a keeper on my shelf.
