this book was an absolutely amazing book. it had me at the edge of my seat the whole time. I felt I like was With Bryson half the time and even in my sleep I was screaming WATCH OUT, THEY GOT YOU!!! this book captivated me, and the pictures that it painted are still in my head.an import detail that you need to remember is that EVERYONE is joining Prometheus, the group, so who can tell the difference between the people who are in in, and the people who aren't?

This was another thriller about a guy trying to take over the world. This book seems like it might have been the seed that brought about the TV show Alias.

He bellowed, "I had forgotten how Ludlum's dialogue is overamped all the time!" "International cartel comprised of super rich evil guys tries to take over the world!" "Brilliant and beautiful woman helps our hero save the day!" :-)

It's been a while since I've read Ludlum (this was his last book before his death in 2001), and although it was a reasonably entertaining book, the characters are way too capable and clever for their own good.

A most tiresome plot. The same old Ludlum obsession of secret societies bent on world domination. Here it takes on the issue of global surveillance and ends up as an inferior version of the movie "Enemy of the State" which dwelves on the same issue.

Pretty good. Some of the situations seem a little far-fetched but otherwise a good read. I don't usually see the endings coming, but this one I kinda saw coming towards the end... Overall it was better than watching TV.

This is my favorite Robert Ludlum book. I can only hope that they will bring this one to the big screen like they did to the Bourne books.
