Since her mother is dead, she tries to be as nice a possible to her sister. When she goes to different castles they protect the princesses deeply. Her sister is almost stolen. Eleanor is then not aloud outside very often.

Eleanor must soon marry so someone can look after the kingdom when her father passes. She wants to find true love in a man, but there is no way that could happen. Eleanor must marry someone with power, land, and riches. That is how every Princess is. Soon she runs into trouble when her father becomes very surpersticiouse. He felt that he was to greedy, and that he must now go on a pilgramige. He needs to touch a saints tomb to cleer his name. When her father becomes ill on the pilgramige and dies Eleanor must marry emediantly. Who does she marry? Doese she find true love? What happens to her sister? You will find out in Eleanor: Crown Jewel of Aquitain.”

“I actually really like this book a lot. So I'm estimating up instead of my usual estimating down. I really loved how she explained palace life and stuff. It sounded really fun and their dresses sounded really pretty. Except the other peoples' low cut dresses which sounded... weird. But other than that I really liked the book so thanks Alexa!! It just made me sad that she didn't marry Clotaire. I liked him and I read at the end that she divorced Louis so WHAT THE HECK?! WHY NOT JUST MARRY CLOTAIRE IN THE FIRST PLACE!?!? YOU WOULD'VE BEEN HAPPY!! But you know other than that, it was really good.”
