Probably not the greatest Diana Palmer i have read. I don't know why i keep coming back to this author. Sometimes i like to see the hero take charge and be the dominant person in the relationship, but her hero's tend to be a little on the cruel side at times. In reality if anyone said some of the mean things like Jason said to Kate, they wouldn't still be in a relationship!

Jason Donavan, rancher, is known for his temper. The only one who can seem to get through to him is Kate Whitman. She has known him most of her life and loved him that long too. He is the ultimate lone wolf because of a terrible past. Great relationship

I have to say, this was my least favorite Diana Palmer book. The hero is really mean, and degrading to the heroine. I have to say, I wouldn't put up with that mess. I have had to kick his bum. There were a couple of scenes that made me cringe. This is not a book I'll read again and again.
